We do not collect payment information directly. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under RA 10173.

Why We Collect It

We collect your data only for the following purposes:

  • To send you the newsletter you subscribed to

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our website and deliver our services:

  • Notion:internal CRM for managing audit requests. Audit request data is stored in a private Notion database accessible only to Lacrix IT Solutions staff.

Data Retention

Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Audit request data is retained for the duration of any business relationship and up to two years after the relationship ends, unless you request deletion earlier.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics uses privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics that does not identify individual users.
